Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop automation workflows to test and validate regulated software releases in line with Continuous Test, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Drive collaborative tools design reviews and perform test code inspections that lead to optimal test automation solutions.
- Analyze, and interpret test data to isolate root causes and mitigate risk.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field with 6+ years of overall experience.
- Web automation testing experience with Playwright /Selenium.
- Mobile test automation experience with Android and iOS platform.
- Experience with design and test development for AWS-based applications.
- Good experience with automated regression testing.
- Good experience with performance testing and systems integration testing.
- Exposure to collaboration tools and applications like JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiar with Scrum methodologies.
Preferred:
- Good communication skill.
- Good troubleshooting skill.
- Fast learner to pick up different technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferable.
- Experience in performance testing API layer.
- Ability to be hands-on and work independently.
- Uses ambiguity as an opportunity to show creativity instead of a hindrance.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
