Created a new development method for our non-techie client
Our client wasn’t tech savvy. So we minimized assumptions and created a new development method to help him visualize product and its features during the development cycle. We set up 2 environments – Development and production environments. At every phase, client was provided a demonstration of his project progress and features first, and once he confirmed, we moved it to production.
Subscription-based Revenue Model
We build subscription-based revenue model which allows subscribed users get all the assets and features enabling a profile fully accessible to the viewers, and present his/herself better than other performers.
Users who do not subscribe, they still can have access to most of the features. But with help of image processing and coupon access, images get blurred for non-subscribed users and attract them to subscribe for more features.
Making the product really cost effective
Despite the new methodology, we managed development, deployment, asset management, and 100% support within the defined timeline making the product cost-effective.
The site has been deployed on the heroku which is cost effective as well as highly scalable. We can easily upgrade the infrastructure to a large scale to manage high traffic.
